My family members and I have been using Rawlings for 30 years and have had nothing but excellent service from them. I highly recommend them and also love that they're locally-owned! They've done good work when we've called them for repairs, total replacement of our heating and cooling systems, additions of mini splits, and yearly maintenance. They've been available in a couple emergency situations, and we've never been left waiting around for them (sometimes they've even called to say they're running early and ask if they can come earlier than scheduled)! Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, trustworthy, punctual, polite, and just a pleasure to interact with. They explain issues well, and have been clear about costs and fees upfront. I've used them a few time now. Installed new furnace and AC, mini split and gas line for inground pool. Very professional clean and always does a great job. We will be using them in the future if we need anything else done

We needed a new ac and furnace and they were very price competitive, informative and patient with us “old folks”,did not take long to get it done. We are on there maintenance program and it gives me peace of mind of mind that they will keep everything running.
