On May 1, 2025, Kyle Hessler became the new owner of Rawlings Heating and A/C. This wasn't a sudden change. Kyle spent more than 20 years as part of the Rawlings team before stepping into ownership. He knows this company's standards, its customers, and its community. When he took the reins, he brought the entire existing team with him so your service experience stays consistent.
Kyle grew up in Ida, MI, and still calls it home. He lives there with his wife and their dogs. When he's not on a service call or reviewing a new equipment line, you might find him camping in a remote stretch of woods, on a hockey rink, or out on his motorcycle. He's a local guy who genuinely cares about the people and places around him. That shows in how he runs the business.
Kyle still goes out on service calls and estimates himself when needed. He also commits to ongoing education so the team stays current on the latest heating and cooling equipment and technologies. You won't get outdated advice or a rushed recommendation here.
